Shared listing links

How brdge remembers a shared listing link

When you open a listing link shared by an eligible brdge Property Manager, brdge may remember that source in this browser for up to 30 days.

• The remembered context belongs only to that exact listing.
• If you successfully send a buying interest or rental request, brdge may keep the source as a private internal record after the browser context expires.
• The shared link gives its sharer no access to your details or activity and creates no payment entitlement.
• Clearing browser data, browser storage limits, private browsing, or changing devices can remove the pending context.
• brdge does not create click analytics, browsing history, or cross-device tracking for this feature.

This page explains shared-link source records only. It is not a complete privacy policy for every brdge service.
